Enquiry forms

Your entries are processed in your browser to prepare a WhatsApp message. They are not submitted to a website enquiry database. We use details you choose to send to respond to your request, discuss a quotation and, where appropriate, take steps towards a contract. The relevant basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or legitimate interests in answering general business enquiries.

AI calls

AI calling is optional. When activated, pressing Start call requests microphone access and sends your audio to OpenAI to generate replies and a transcript. This website does not store an audio recording or a call transcript on its server. The transcript exists in the open page until you leave or start a new call; you can choose to send it through WhatsApp. The AI cannot confirm prices, accept an order or book an appointment.

OpenAI may process information under its API data terms, including processing outside the UK. The business must verify its processor agreement, international transfer safeguards and provider retention settings before activating voice. See OpenAI’s API data information.

Optional Google Maps

No Google map is loaded until you choose Load Google Map. Loading it connects your browser to Google and may disclose device information and set cookies under Google’s terms. Consent applies only to this page view. You can remove the loaded map below and use telephone or WhatsApp without it.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not install advertising or analytics tags. Form entries and transcripts are not saved to local storage. The map loads only by choice; declining it does not affect the enquiry form. Your hosting and messaging providers may process technical and communication data to provide their services.

Retention and recipients

Browser-only form entries disappear when the page is left. Messages you send are held by the relevant messaging service, and provider logs follow the provider’s settings. The business must confirm a documented retention schedule for enquiries, contract records and complaints before public launch. Access should be limited to people and service providers needed to handle the enquiry or provide the service. No marketing subscription is created by using a form.
